...MOTOR 1 ...is down....
You need to remove the cage that holds the boards before you see the motors. You can swap the motor with another one that is nearby and assemble it all together. If the code changes, then you've confirmed you have a dud motor - replace it with a new one.

ive changed atleast 30 - 40 main motors on c250,c252 machines with this error code.
Once youve done it that many times you can do it blind folded with 1 arm tied behind your back.
at the beginning it took me about an hour to do, a personal best is 30 minutes, from walking in the door to walking out the door and machine up and running (end of the day and i wanted to go home)
check the manual on this and theres to Motors, the Main Drive and the M1 which of this to do u guys replace?

..you must change this one........4038M10100 ...on the left side, under the metal box....
this part must go out a lot. its on back order. also after replacing the motor, do i need to reset the error code or will it go away when power up?
thanks
You have to power up the machine then open and close the front door. The code should clear...
Need help. After installing the new motor now I'm getting C-5357 error. What could this be? Any input really appreciated.
