Don't waste your money and time on replacing the ph units. Follow this procedure step by step and I guarantee you the P-14 will go away, I've done this on atleast 30 machines and have had success with each one.
1. Do "Skew Adjustment Reset" then run "Initialize+Image Stabilization"
2. Turn off copier.
3. Apply firmware GC1-22 for the Printer control. MFP firmware must be at atleast R5.
4 Do "Skew Adjustment Reset" then run "Initialize+Image Stabilization" again.
5. Turn off and on the copier.
6. Run Gradation for all three modes and then run Stabilizer again.
This has been a fix for me 100% of the time with P-14 codes.
