Userbox function on webpage gone

After connecting management function device to C452 on vendor mode 2
The user box function has disapeared from the the web page console
It still appears on the machine console and can be useed but cannot be seen on webpage either in admin mode or public user access.
After removing management device and returning to normal settings the user box function still does not appear on web page.?
Any ideas out there

I would suspect firmware. The latest firmware is V59 (released 20th Nov 09) which deals with user box/pswc problems. I would try that first.

I found that if you turn on management function choice 2 it turns of
network management for box This can be turned back on through admin mode on m/c I should have checked this before posting but just incase someone else comes across this
