And where I find settings for Dipsw? In printer adjustments?

    Thanks
Contact your service rep. Dipsw are accessible through the tech rep mode, and incorrectly modifying these switches can cause alot of serious damage to the machine.

The problem is: My service rep is not happy to help me to print on banner.
    I spoked about this.

You are right with the PRO version, but not with the SMART version, as i said before... but, adipletsou, there are changes in service mode necessary, and if your tech refuses to do it, there is no chance for you. I will refuse to tell you as a non tech how to enter service mode and mess evtl. the whole mashine up.

Then fire him. If the machine's capable of doing something and the tech is too lazy, ignorant or pigheaded to make it work, he/she needs to be put back in the shop as a setup/bench technician.

Is not necessary to reiterate nothing. I know official version.
But the real version is another: this machine is capable to print banner.

The problem is: this machine is not capable to counter banner.
I print one document 330x515mm and machine countered A4.
    Surprising, isn't?

Konika-Minolta is not pleased to print on banner and counter A4.
My situation (and for more other KM clients) I pay for any copies (depends on size of copies), so if I print banner and machine counter A4 is not ok for KM (I pay less).

And is more arguments: the older machine (C650) is capable and the newer (6501) is not capable?

Tks for nothing Herrmann. I resolved the situation.
And enter in service mode is not a mystery as you think.
    Tks again

I am not aware of any "SMART" version of this machine. SSD does not reference the item in any shape or form, which would suggest that the variant you speak of is not available in all regions.

The 650 and the 6501 are totally different machines. The 6500 and the 6501 are closer to each other.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
