Di470 Network tab missing

Hi,

This form was very useful for me to isolate the 18CF error. Thank you guys.

I have another problem.
I am unable to print from the network. I have assigned an IP to the printer and I was able to login to the printer using the web interface but I am unable to access network tab on the printers web interface(Not loading properly).Till recently we were able to print to this printer using our network. We have moved to different location. Problem started after we moved in to the new place. No settings were changed.

Could somebody help me isolate this problem.

The printer model is Bizhub Di470

If a tab on Pagescope is missing or doesn't respond, it's usually an issue with the Java settings on the computer. Have you tried accessing it on another workstation?

Thank you. That was the browser settings. Updated the Java and was able to access network tab with Google chrome.
Unable to print issue was the wrong port.
