hi guys i have a problem on this it jams at the exiting the 2nd and 3rd tray i replace the clutch that drives the vertical roller.but nothing improves.any help please.

Replace or clean the paper feed regulation gear.This is a one way gear clutch.
Try swapping the feed units from trays 1&2. See if the problem follows.
25 mode switch 11-7 set to 1 will enable the jam code display.
hi guys the jam code is 17-02,17-03.the 1st tray and the by pass is workibg tray 2 and 3 doesnt work.thy jam at rigt side cover.

yup i check the side cover and try to chit it and find out that the vertical roller is not moving after the paper exited at pick up assembly.Originally Posted by etsmultan
