    PROBABLE CAUSES:
    1. Failed fax board interfering with operation of MFBS.
Replace fax board kit, FK-503 (Item #4551613).

    2. There is a TCP/IP address conflict between the MFP and another device on the network.
Remove the Ethernet cable from the MFP and PING the TCP/IP address. If the PING succeeds, speak with the Network Administrator and resolve the TCP/IP address conflict.

why mean 'I tried to put a new programming' firmware ? did you unset fax kit and try or down the new firmware ? if still problem you must change the MFB board.

Could either be mfbs board or NVram. I would try parts from a known good machine if possible...

It's a bit difficult to solve this problem. First, try to rewrite the firmware. Then check the PWB-A. Then check the PC drum, is it damage on the edge. I've ever face this your problem Abbas Saeed. I check my bizhub 250 and I found the PC drum damage on the right. After replacing the drum, my bizhub 250 running well.
