    "Transfer error" when scanning to email

    I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350, I set up all the email settings however i can not scan to email. I get the error "transfer error". I can receive emails that will print out however i can not send them. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Not knowing how they are set up, there are many things it could be. Folow the attachment and see if that helps.
