di 2010 c0500 reset
diagnosed that the thermofuse was bad, couldnt find someone with one on the shelf, so i ended up replacing the whole fuser with brand new oem unit. have not been able to reset error. tech rep is passworded, all 0's and pressing end gets me into service. is it possible that i am not accessing service mode properly because of the password? please help. thanx

Small hole inthe side of the display screen use a bent paper clip to press and set machine into reset mode then when spot appears in the top right corner press "3". to get into reset mode. then press trouble reset

This machine resets like the old D!250 - 351's. You can't use Tec mode.
Locate the small access hole on the right-hand end of the display panel, use a toothpick or a open paper clip to actuate the switch inside this access hole. Wait for a small dot to show up on the left side of the lcd display, with the dot showing. touch #3 and follow the prompts.

if you fail to trouble reset, try to open right door and do warm restart to enter initial mode and press Trouble reset.
