Bizhub C500 - random error code SC 27-01, 27-02, 27-03, 27-04 and 21-01

Hi,

I'm having the following strange problem with my copier, Bizhub C500: when it starts (power-up) randomly shows SC 27-01 or 27-02 or 27-03 or 27-04 error codes. When I try entering into 36 mode, it displays SC 21-01 error code. Therefore I cannot service properly.

Any ideas (I can't change the PCRB with another one because I don't have such spare part)?

Check the installation of the charge coronas one is not seated correctly

I am bringing up this old thread because of a KM C-500 SC 27-03. The post above by a field supervisor says a corona wire may not be seated properly. But the service manual says that the cyan unit toner density sensor is not sending information. Which is it? Thank you. BTW--I am not a trusted tech. I don't know why it says that next to my name.

I have resolved the error I referenced. Toner density sensor is the correct answer.
