I haven't dealt with this code to-date but the following is list from the service manual. What was happening before code. Did you attach any new finisher of accessories?
    Main body
    Communication
    abnormality
    C-5002 24VDC abnormality.
    Abnormality signal was continuously
    detected for the specified
time after the specified time from
    REN/2 ON.
    Main body
    stops immediately
    and main
    relay (RY1) is
    turned OFF.
    DC power unit/2 (DCPS/2)

how do you discovered NF60 is blow? please explain.

    check ICP32.

if anything fails on PRCB I think must be replaced all the board... and is very expensive!

It's tricky to replace board parts as you must source compatible parts. If you have nothing to lose try, but KM protocol seems to be board replacement.

if you are experienced in soldering printed circuit bords, it is no problem to change a soldered fuse; done that several times by myself with success

oh yes, you can visually check also a board...

a capacitor can work as noise filter
