Hey jrf, the manual says to check, in this order; proper fuser installation, proper closure ( door latch ) of the right hand door, check around-all around-for wiring connection issues, change fuser, then coil, then IHPU, then PRCB, then REDB. If you have a trade-in, or lease return, at the shop; it might pay to do some parts borrowing.

In the cases we faced, we replaced the IHPU and the coil unit. We were told that the coil units were okay, so replacing the IHPU must be enough to recover.

Thanks for replies, just to let you know the IH power supply sorted this problem but i also replaced the coil unit as it has blown on some C451 machines
