No display on the control panel.

Solution

CAUSE: No display on the control panel. Possible bad connection .
SOLUTION:
1. Re-flash the copier with current firmware.
2. Re-seat all connectors on the PSB-MFP or PWB-PRCB.
3. Replacethe PWB-MFP or PWB-PRCB.
