    K350 no transfer voltage??

Got a K350 that has no transfer voltage. Image is nice and dense on the drum....copies/prints come out blank. Just was wondering if anyone has seen this issue. We have a bunch of these machines in the field and I have never seen anything like this in my 10 years in the industry.

    Thanks, Toe

did you try to change the high voltage board? if theres no voltage that coming out from the transfer it means theres a problem of the supply voltage from the high voltage board. try to replace it or the power supply
