    Unhappy Konica 7145 creases

    got konica 7145 which rcreases first 1-3 A4 1-sided copies from trays 2 and 3
    tray 1 works ok always
    crease is between inch or two at the rear end of copy
    hope it happens before the drum
    new to this machine please help

    Usually creasing is caused by the paper entering the fuser crooked. Clean everything. check the trays, try to narrow it down. try different paper sizes/orintation, etc.
