Develop Ineo 250 Keep on Adding Toner

after installing new toner cartridge, developer and drum the machine keeps on adding toner. i need help guys, tnx!

Did you carry out the F8 adjustment after changing the developer? I am not sure if this machine is the same as a Bizhub 250, if so you must reset the counters for drum and dev before you turn it off to actually carry out the work, then ensure that you carry out the F8 (atdc level) adjustment before any copy is made.
If the machine is based on the older Di250 it would have a combined Image unit that comes as one piece including the drum and dev pre loaded...then just changing the unit resets the counters so the machine runs the set up automatically (or should).

In both cases you should check to see what the atdc level is afterwards! Did you do this?

Dear Friend,
As everybody said run F8,which will solve the issue. Running it normally might sometimes give you an error code 2557/255C (which is ATDC adjustment failure). so kindly follow this small procedure.

Reset special parts. counter
Shut-off machine
change drum & dev.
Re-install Drum unit/assy, by keeping side door open
Turn ON M/c & enter SER.mode
Close side door now
Perform F8
Turn Power Off, then ON.

now, you'll definitely have an ATDC value, You can move ahead
