Secure Printing Issues - PRO950

Hey guys, need your help again.

I have a client with a Bizhub PRO 950 and they are using secure print from users where it holds the print job at the printer until you release it at the printer.

The client originally just had a few computers printing to it, and everything was fine. His superiors then told him to implement it for everyone. Now when many people are sending jobs, they get stuck at a certain point, and none of them will print out. What I told him is that there must be some type of limit it is hitting, as I know there is a limit on Ricoh's in the same situation. What he needs to know is the limit that they are hitting, so they can plan accordingly.

In other words, what is the limit on Secure Print jobs held?

How about instead of using secure print, they print to user boxes instead. The boxes can be password protected and there are no limits, aside from hard disk space.
