    Question C-C163 on C-350 Konicaminolta

changed all boards. if i go into tech mode, run initialize, runs fine. turn of and on, code comes back. I put refurb boards. (yes I know better but the boss does not) I think it might be in the ic6 chip, but hot line ok'd but the repair personnel say no it can not be. I have flashed firmware, up and down. ??

Are you sure this is a C350 and not a C351/C450? The code you provided does not show in my manual or tsb on the C350, but there are entries in the C351/C450.

And you're quite sure the firmware you're flashing it with is the correct one?

Another possible cause for your particular model:

    bizhub C300/C352
    1. The DC Power Unit (DCPU) has failed.
    Replace the DCPU (p/n 9J06620101).

    Re: C-C163 on C-350 Konicaminolta

Had that same error today - was caused by a connector at the right side of the board (at approx. middle height, with 5 pins, green pink gray and red wires) which had its wires misplaced because they came out of the connector when my colleague pulled it out. Just in case someone else has this problem and they don't know the correct order of the wires, here it goes: 1-Green, 2-Pink, 3-Gray, 4-Empty, 5-Red.

    Cheers!
