These machines are nightmares. Anyone set up the standing cabinet yet? Enough said.
As for the printing issue, are all other functions of the machine working properly? Can you get into the web interface alright? Anything in the job log, as suggested above?
You may want to try a RAM Clear if none of this is successful:
Solution:
To access and perform a RAM clear:
1. Press the
Utility/Counter key.
2.The Utility Mode screen will appear.
3. Touch
Meter Count on meter count display.
4. Press the following keys in this order.
Stop a0 a0 aStop a0 a1
5. Touch
Password, and enter the CE password using the display keyboard or the 10-key pad.
Note: The initial setting for CE password is “
92729272”.
6. Press the
[¯] key
2 times and select
CS Remote Care.
7. Press the
[¯] key
1 time and select
Ram Clear.
8. You will then be asked Are you sure?
Select Yes.
