Coming out of duplex, paper buckles a few times between pre-reg & reg rollers putting waves & a fold in the middle. I played with ADU's pre-reg & reg timing. It did change the wave pattern on the paper but still Z-folds middle of sheet.

the registration unit whenlifted off the ADU then replaced has a mylar strip on the entry side,is it tucked under the adu plate? ifbuckled it can cause problems in this area..happy copying PETEOriginally Posted by SKTeK315
I'll chck tomorrow but it did it before I swapped the mid section & it worked before delivery.
