I received an error c-0016 indicating a black toner motor problem. I determined the imaging unit was frozen and replaced it. After two printouts, I received the error C-OF37.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Thanks.

I doubt it is the imaging unit- you probably have hard packed toner at the bottom of the toner hopper! Vac it out and see how it goes.

In the manual it relates to cyan but i know it's wrong!! It's actually relating to the black.

The IU has 4% higher than its target value.

My guess is you replaced a faulty IU with another faulty one.

Problem is if you test another one and it doesn't fix it... the chip resets and its dead.

I recommend shaking IU's by tipping up on ends whilst in bag several times, especially Biz hub colour range.

There is a reset button under the right hand side door but usually open/close door works for this error.

From memory the cyan and black hoppers are driver off the same motor. You can find this behind the cover that the T-Bar clips into. I have had one of these somehow?? being unplugged.
