C350 Job error

Good day to you,
Got this interesting case of a C350 which displays "job improperly logged" and then deletes the job. Anyone had such an issue before, and how was it solved?

What are you trying to do? What does the job log say?

doesn't say any thing. the moment the job is received for printing the machine deletes it immediately even the demo page and displays job improperly logged. it can however print test prints from service mode

The job log history should show something. Do you have account track or user auth turned on?

actually volume track is turned on and cant seem to get off. I turn it of but when I restart it is still there. in the job history it show 'deleted due to error'

Sounds like account track problem. In the printer driver turn on your account track and input codes or set the machine to allow print without authentication.
