It seems that PWB-MFP is faulty.
When you make the copy how you set up the job? Do you use text, text and photo or photo?
... In the minute that you're thinking of giving up, think about why you lasted so long ...
NEVER copy the test charts that come out of the machine. They NEVER look right and will throw you threw loops. Just be sure to clean the optics... do a reset and stablize and then calibration.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
I agree with RRodgers don't copy the machine generated test prints they will lead you astray. Run stabilize/reset, and do the 3 gradation adjusts at least 3 times each as the book says most color problems are fixed with this method and as RR says don't forget the optics (they do get dirty) most of the other problems I have are because we are forced to reset counters for the image units and transfer belt instead of replacing them when time is up.
Make sure the customer hasn't gone into admin mode and changed the default copy settings. That would explain why it is only copying that you have the problem.
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
Now into Ip TV KODI Boxes
The first thing I did is clean optics. Then I worked stabilization and initialization, calibration, but nothing. As for copying test charts .... the same is happening on any other page copied in color. I tried with FirmWare but nothing.
Imaging Units are almost new.
Today I appeared in code C4552 laser malfunction M
Double check the scanner cable, although when that had a a bent pin you usually have a problem with yellow.
