Bizhub600s waaaaay overtoned/Katun

i searched the KM forum about Katun toner... but i would think for b/w machines it'd be ok...
more and more, i'm dealing with overtoned 600s.. i do the dev grnd mod, new grid,wires,drum,dev,filters, firmware at31, drum pec adjustments,.. could it be a bad batch of Katun toner.. the ones in the big white bottle?
