Minolta PI6500e Print Controller

I am working on a Minolta 650 which has a Fiery X3e PI6500e Print Controller installed. Its operation is erratic and I suspect it requires a software re-install.

Can anyone help me with the software package. Thanks for any assistance

Just a thought. Before you reinstall the system software, have you tried to Reboot the Fiery?

Also, if that doesn't work, you can try turning it off, turn the copier off, turn copier back on, and then fire up the Fiery.

You may get lucky.
