If you are talking about resetting the meter that shows the total number of copies, it is illegal to do that in America. I know that you are not in America, but it is wrong to do it anywhere. If you are talking about a message to replace a drum, then that can be done by going to the soft switch settings and go to mode 418 and change bit 3 to "0" and reboot the machine.

but my few unit machine , you can clear total meter at service mode. so i confuse ...v

You shouldn't be able to clear the Total Counter on any machine through service mode.
Clearing the Total Counter is the same as winding back the Odometer in a car.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
I'll tell ya how to do it, though... it's going to be really really really really really really expensive.
