C451 copy problem firmware update

i have a bizhub c451, the copy does not work after firmware update, it gives me black squares across the page.

Sounds funny, but go through the Installation guide again step by step. It does this when an install step has been missed at first install as well. Could be an install date or serial #, etc was erased/changed by firmware.

you must reinstall the machine....from de beginning..
