c353 - error printing

Hello!

any help would be great!

while attempting to print with the c353, I received error message ' error printing '.

I have power cycled the minolta printer, reinstalled printer drivers, same results.

any ideas?

Can you ping the machine? Or connect via Pagescope? If not, then thats your problem.
