C7000 white spot in pure black image

i encountered a copy quality problem in C7000, there are white spots scattered in pure black printed image. i already calibrated it and do some adjustments but it did not solve the problem.

could it be a controller cable (ic-413) problem?

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having a similar issue on a C7000.

Have you ever reversed the black developer in another color?
Reverse with magenta and drop a magenta 100% and make sure the test black have white spots. Your there, great possibility of the toner.
Do this procedure without closing the toner supply cover only operating the cover sensor.
