Having problem interpreting a solution for an error code

    Abnormal noise and/or jam codes J11-xx, J12-xx, J13-xx, J14-xx, J15-xx.
    Solution
CAUSE:Cap of the torque limiter misaligns and torque on the separation roller (p/n 55VA R749 00) increases.
Note : Jam codes associated with trays:
    Tray 1: J11-01, J11-02, J11-03
    Tray 2: J12-01, J12-02, J12-03
    Tray 3: J13-01, J13-02, J13-03
    Tray 4: J14-01, J14-02, J14-03
    Tray 5: J15-01, J15-02, J15-03
SOLUTION: Replace the torque limiter and separation roller (if needed).Design of torque limiter has been changed. Modifiedstyle torque limiter (p/n55FA 5819
    1E).

My question is where is the "Torque limiter" located?

    Please help.

    Separation roller.jpg

Its next to separation roller. on every cassette or tray. (Inside machine)

    lemme take a picture

The Blue (or orange or green) bit is your rubber roller and the spring is resistant/ friction torque limiter.

    What machine have you got.?

is this a 70 or 71 series machine? if it is there are 3 feed rollers 1 is grooved, the other 2 are not and they come in contact with each other the torque limiter is attached to the lower roller, the entire separator assembly comes out with on screw from the duplex door side,it will show you in the parts manual feed assemblies are basically the same in all konica machines and in fact most machines use a torque limiter i would say if you dont know where it is located you may be in over your head
