IT READS THE PROTOTYPE AND REMAINS IN ‘’SCANNING DOCUMENT’’
WITHOUT IT MAKES COPY

AND WITHOUT IT SHOWS ERROR CODE

PLEASE HELP!!

What error code?? Have you tried restarting the machine by turning it off then on again? (use the big main switch at the back of the machine, NOT the user panel switch)

DOES NOT HAPPEN NOTHING
IT CONTINUES THE SAME PROBLEM
FROM THE PANEL IT PHOTOCOPIES REGULARLY
