steps to format hard drive on KM BH 250

we have upgraded a clients KM Bizhub 250. they are requesting we replace the hard drive for return to the leasing company. would someone give the steps to do this. thanks.

1) If HDD is mounted, make sure HDD lock password or Encryption Setting is set.
2) To mount the optional HDD when enhance security mode is set ON, turn OFF the
enhance security mode first.
3) go to utility/ counter--> hdd management---> overwrite all data
