either pay the $20 at best buy, or $150 for the KM branded memory..same with HDDs, $50 on ebay or $450 from KM. We are a dealer and they frown on non OEM parts in our MFPs, but when the thing is down and all you have on hand is an old 80gig western digital drive, it can't make things worse by trying..Emujo
