    Latest firmware for Bizhub 282

    Hi All.

    We have a Bizhub 282 at a client that resets itself all the time. We want to do a firmware upgrade, what is the latest version available?

    Could this be the problem?

    That would depend on your serial number on whether to do phase 1 or phase 2
