C3461 error code /

Olá pessoal sou novo por aqui gostaria de uma ajuda de vocês, tenho uma pequena gráfica estou sem assistencia tecnica porem minha maquina aparceu esse codigo no visor C3461, eu acho que é o fusor.
Como resetar?

Not sure exactly what you said, but to reset a fuser code power on while holding down, the utility/counter button and do the trouble reset. If problem returns you have a fuser issue.

But I managed to reset the fuser fuse with a help of a friend, because I still have to reset the unit magenda.
You know how to do this?

To reset it you either need to replace it, or use a chip reseter. U can allow it to continue past end of life in service mode, but this will not clear the message. I believe it is under system 1 IU life stop setting. Then in enhanced security stop, 0, C once in service I think there is another setting as well, dont have a mchine to look at in shop.
