bizhub C353 will NOT complete Stabilization

We opened a new bizhub C353 out of the box and set it up. Everything is OK except that it will not complete Stabilization (ends up with the oil can in the corner of the LCD panel). Went into process control and ran the Initialization + Stabilization but it will not complete. The strange thing is when we run the Halftone pattern, only the cyan image is shifted towards the front of the machine by about 1/4", all other colors are centered correctly on the 11” x 17”. Before we replace the LED heads, does anyone have any ideas?

If you touch the oil can it will show you a P code. You will be able to diagnose it from that.

Wow!!! Who had one of those in the back of the warehouse, still in a box? You will prob find the P code helpful, and the printhead tech bulletin. I hope it is not the printhead itself but maybe popped out of position a bit.
