Bizhub C552 - Won't print/copy anything, all jobs stall with "StopPrint" status

Hello there. Anybody got this?

The machine will refuse to print anything (PC prints, internal counters, service mode tests, copies, etc). All jobs will stall in the job status with the status "stopprint". No error code is given, although the "oil can" symbol appears at the bottom, but without any warning inside.

Tried to clear all data and update firmware without avail.

Any hints?

Apparently found what's wrong - solved it by enabling the "No stop" option at the IU end-of-life. Oddly enough the black IU still has one life square left and the machine isn't showing any message in order to replace the black IU.

You need to load the latest firmware onto the machine. This was a known issue with the C2 version (latest is C6). Load the firmware and you should then be able to set it back to no stop.... Forgot to say you must set the dipswitches and some other changes as well, its on the notice that comes with the firmware...
