    konica minolta 71045 (fs114)

Woring on a konica minolta 7145 with fs 114 works good most of the time but if you have a stack of papers 14 or so it does not completly push the papers out onto the finiser tray and then of course there is paper jammed throut the machine. Anyone remember these things?

Most likely the exit one way bearings are worn/dirty. Just take the front cover off ( the one that has the shafts with the knobs on the ends) There is a drive system for the exit rollers to the left which has a couple of one way bearings in the middle of some gears, clean them and roughen up the shafts and all will be well again! I hope!
