Lightbulb HP LJ M5025 MFP ---HELP

I know I know this is Konica forum, I just did not get much response on HP forum..

Scanner is almost delaying or missing parts of pages when scanning, however, COPY and PRINT is absolutely fine

Has anyone seen this kind of issue?
    see attached pdf.

Would FW solve this issue? in that case what do I need in terms of SW for FW upgrade, utility or just straight network upload? any ideas?

Have you done anything to the feeder? check for worn actuators.

The feeder has done around 60k and client complained about miss-feeding every now and then..so we got the whole kit, fitted it, tested it all worked magic and 1 month later this occurred. I would presume that if the actuator is worn it would create a jam rather than this swishh on the lead edge...well I have to go back by the sound of things and double check again.
