    Hi Everyone,

I have a Kon Min C250 that is jamming like a z fold before it gets to the Fuser unit. I have check the registration roller that is what usually happen but it seem to be working OK.

Any ideas what can it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You said you checked the 2nd X-fer roller...what does this mean? Try replacing the roller, as this is a usual symptom when it starts to go...visual inspection won't tell you much. Emujo

Unhappy Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub C250 - Jamming before going into Fuser unit

I am having the same problem on my CF 3102.

The paper jams right when it gets to the fuser unit.

I replaced the fuser unit with another one, and it still has the same problem.

When you say replace the 2nd x-fer roller, what do you mean?

Is it in the door, or in the fuser unit?

I know it's an old machine, but I can't afford a new one right now.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance... desperate..

Re: Konica Minolta Bizhub C250 - Jamming before going into Fuser unit

i had this on a C203....is there any print on the page...if not it IS the transfer roller in the door..i kept thinking it was a fuser problem.. cos everytime i opened the door the paper was at the entrance to the fuser, but the transfer roller was causing the problem by stopping the paper & would "spring" up to the fuser when you opened the door....dont forget that if you are resetting the transfer belt then you probably aren't replacing the transfer roller as well....
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
