    konica 7145 j-30

i have a konica 7145 that jams as it comes out of fuser and i get a j30. it comes 2 inches out of machine like it would when you have wrong paper size chose on paper dial. the machine runs fine if you use bypass. i have run singles through top drawer and they jam but not always. exit sensor and actuator look good. nothing broken. seams to do better out of drawer 4 not nearly as many jams but when it does its the same jam. all rubber is clean and good. any ideas. thank you for any advice

The lower fuser roller can have a flat spot all across it and cause jams
