Hi, I have huge problem and I need some help. I cleaned up (transfer belt, IU-s, etc.) my bizhub c252, but when I go to Print/Copy the entire paper is full covered with blue straps all over. I put the picture in attachement. The second problem is that I cannot do some network adjustement on bizhub c252 because the button is "disepeare"? Please help me, what next I can do to fix this problems?

sometime i face this problem, and within 2 minutes, the network menu will appear back. if it does not appear within the time, normally i will unplug the ethernet cable. sometime it work. it happens when you switch off the machine and you quickly enter the administrator mode. i dont know what cause this, probably the machine is refreshing and still in the process requiring permission from the network.
