Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490MF Network Settings

Hello everybody,
have a problem with network settings.
Also usb print and scan.
I not view and not have access to Network Settings, E-mail Settings and Scanner Settings on Configuration menu.
Customer can make copy only.
They not use fax.
When plug network cable in NCU board, green light flash but nothing happen.
Configuration page show IP address 0.0.0.0
When plug USB cable and restart PC and Mashine also nothing happen.
How i get access to network settings menu?
