anyone know how to dissable IU change message on konica minolta BZ C203 without change the Imaging unit.

Apply the optimization firmware is one way to do it, there's 2 flavours of that (one is IU's only and another covers IU's, fuser and belt unit). Another way is getting chips or a resetter from what I've seen.... oooorr u can put a new IU in!!
