bizhub c350 error

hi friends i have a problem with bizhub c350. that machine displayed error on warming up c-0202. any buddy have idea for this code?.

C0202 on a Bizhub C350 means you have a Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction. The charge corona is contained in the Magenta Imaging Unit, maybe try replacing the IU?

C0202 is a paper lift motor code , check for paper behind paper trays . It is the same on all KM copiers.

Yup. Magenta IU. Check if it is well inserted. If doesn't solve, replace it with a new one or a known working one.

The guys are right , magenta iu needs replacing , sorry for my earlier post , was thinking of b?h 350.

usually its caused by one of the needles digging into the cleaner sponge or somehow a hair getting into there. (drum charge unit im talk'n 'bout)
