Bizhub C353 C2A04 error
Hi everyone,
We have a machine in the field that has this error when doing long runs of black copy/print. The error relates to the black toner cartridge not being detected.
You can trick it by opening the door taking the toner cartridge out and then putting it back in. We've tried multiple toner cartridges, changed the sensor with a known working one, upgraded the firmware to the latest version, downgraded the firmware to a lower version than original, padding the door and cartridge to apply more pressure to make better connection.
Anyone seen anything like this before?

error: EEPROM access error (TC K)
reset: Turn OFF the Main Power Switch, wait for 10 sec. or more, and turn ON the Main Power Switch.
Relevant parts: Toner cartridge /K/Printer control board (PRCB)
