bizhub 600 scannig problem

The first occasion when I erase the CASCRepair.mrk and restarted, it let me in. Presently when I do it simply needs to filter. On the off chance that I erase all the .idx documents it still just outputs. It generally gets to 80% and begins once again.

thanks Owl, not HDD but will check the RAM. any other suggestions would be helpful.

no hdd? think that just may be your problem, this unit has very little ram built in .
