Bizhub 200 Bad LCD

I got a (B&W)…
The display does not work. All the other buttons work butthe touch screen not.
I did swapped to another BIZ 250 and does the same thing
So I know is the touch screen... but the parts manualmentions the touch screen and the LCD unit…
Which one is it??
I could not get into service mode ‘because the lcd does notwork
Has anyone run into this??

we just replace the whole control panel, then you know its going to work.

on the new machines with colour control panels its not even an option anymore to do it the other way, you must replace the whole thing. So might as well get used to it
