di450 scanning

i'm working on a 450 and it will only scan 3 pages and then it stops, it has no error code pop up it just says ready to scan but the file or email i send it to does not receive it . can print with no problem any help would be awsome.

its the pi5501 i also have put upgraded memory in.

The Pi5501 is pretty primitive and does not put out informative error messages. Quite simply, you do not have the settings set properly or the Pi is being cranky or worse.

Monitor the PageScope Light status at the top of the page. That will give you some clues. Have you set the SMTP server IP address and provided a reply address? Does your SMTP server require any authentication? If so, I doubt the 5501 can handle that.
