Konica Minolta bizhub PRO 950 with C2811 codes

The give-away on this one was the times of occurrence: 0650 and 1550 nearly every day within a few minutes. And the error usually occurs when idling.

Finally set up the PQA. Within the recording window the error occurred at 0624. Have a look at 0624 ...

    Error C2811 @ 0624 5-14.JPG

Hmmm ... maybe a power issue?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like a power issue , had a similar problem on a C360 , same time in the morning 3 weeks in a row. Turned out the power company were doing work on a transformer at that particular time and causing a voltage fluctuation . Advised customer to get a 20 amp UPS and problem solved . Hope this helps .

Confirmed. No codes since power was fixed. And just silence from the customer, after "It couldn't possibly be the power ... "

I wouldn't mind hearing: "Thanks so much for helping us solve our power issues, and not billing us extra for the additional services." Maybe when hell freezes over. =^..^=
